RESORT STAY INTERNATIONAL LAS VEGAS RICHARD BRAGLIA
This article is pending release.
I was sent a nice Birthday Card by Resort Stay International, and they made it seem as though I had won something due to my birthday. But I noticed the sender on the card and decided to do a computer search, and SCAM was the first thing that came up. I will not be contacting Resorts Stay International for my "prize" and I'm glad I did five minutes of research beofre picking up the phone.

I was called at least 15 times before I agreed and they wanted $ 169.00, and then they said they would refund my $ 169.00 dollars after the time share preview was over in cash. They did not give me the cash for this, but mailed me a chaeck, which I misplaced for 6 months. And after finding it I made the deposit and it was rejected for "Stale Dated" which means they have a certain period of time they honor them, but it is not written on the check. I have had no sucess getting in touch with them to get it resolved . The other thing was they booked us in an old as heck motel at the out skirts of town and gave me the excuse that the other hotel on the strip was full. What a dive motel. they actuially had nickle slots that took nickles!
I would stay away from this company!

I will admit to entering my info into a drawing but I didn't know that they would call me non stop until I caved in and gave them the info that they wanted, which was a $99.00 dollar deposit for something that I never received. After I had gone to check in to the hotel and reveice the things that they promised the people at the front desk thought I was crazy. I have been trying to contact this company in regards to a refund and I have had no luck with a manager or anyone in the upper tower of this company. DO NOT give them any info it's a waste of time and yes, THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time!!!!!!

Need more information. The funny part is that they come across telling me I was the top 5 finalist for a drawing on a car to be held on December 12, 2009. Then they throw a line in by saying, you can stay at our resort for such a price but the drawing has nothing to do with them. Also told me I filled out a sweepstakes in the last 3 months at one of the outlets. I have not been to any outlets in 2 years nor left the island to the Mainland in 2 years. Starnge when you ask questions they get upset cause I do not have the interest.

I am no step child to these kind of reviews. Isn't amazing that only the positive reviews are coming from Las Vegas and this is the base for this resort company. Like any company, you get your friends and associates to write all these wonderful and flowery reviews. Notice how each review covers a different positive detail of those things which people with be concerned over. The company tries to make a great impression by these "setup" reviews.

This is a scam. We were charged the $99, which was fine, but they also promised us 2 free airfare tickets and when I went to make our reservations, they told me they didn't do that. When I called our representative back that told us this was included, she tried to make it sound like it was a VERY short promotion, which she never mentioned upfront. My husband made sure over the phone that those were included and then when I got my confirmation email, that wasn't in there, so I called her back to make sure and she said "oh yeah, you won't have any problems with that." This is just a complete waste of time. Never again will I trust one of these things.

I too was charged the $99.00 up front and decided the next day to cancel my reservation. They tell you you have 72 hours to cancel and I followed their protocol. However, I still have not received the credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam! Be very careful!! What they promised is not what you'll get. I was promised two round-trip airfare plus 3 nights hotel stay at Royal. It didn't happen but they'd charge you $99 up front.

Is there anything less than 1 star? Somehow this company got my phone number and they call me 6-7 times per day and don't even talk when I answer the phone.
They are calling my cell phone to make it even worse.

This is a scam, stay away. Unfortunately we were taken and before you know it our credit card was charged. When we called to have the $99.00 refunded we were told that was not possible since we did not reply within 72 hours of deposit, which we were never notified of during the initial conversation. To smooth things over, they offered to extend the package for 2 years which they did. However, had we known what this was about we would never have consented in the first place. They convinced us that we had "won" a prize. Stay far, far away from this one. Would not want this to happen to others.

These guys are telemarketers that will call weekly because you signed up for a drawing for a free car in a shopping mall. Very annoying. Very dumb people. Heaven help you if they get your number, too.
